Our mission and background

Mission

Spectro Cloud's mission is to help organizations simplify their IT infrastructure in order to unlock innovation at scale. With Palette, we enable enterprise platform engineers and operations teams to turn the chaos and complexity of modern infrastructure into effortless control, whatever the shape of their business.

Vision

Spectro Cloud's vision is to be the universal orchestration platform for modern enterprise AI-scale infrastructure: for every application, in every environment, from far edge to hyperscale cloud, and from metal to model.

Origin story

We started in Tenry's garage (literally): three founders, coming from a successful exit at CliQr, seeing an opportunity in the growing cloud-native space.

For the founders, Kubernetes was a promising technology that presented a means to a visionary end: creating a truly distributed ubiquitous computing platform. But in the meantime, we saw an immediate market opportunity around managing multiple clusters, across multiple environments, at scale — a challenge that legacy tools were poorly equipped to solve.

We launched in 2019, and in the years that followed, expanded into bare metal, edge, and AI, through various funding rounds culminating in our Series C in late 2024.

What we do

AI infrastructure is expanding faster than enterprises can keep up. Complexity and costs are out of control, vendor sprawl is a major headache, and innovation and time to market suffer.

Palette provides a unified orchestration plane to design, deploy, and manage full-stack AI and modern infrastructure environments across edge, data center, and cloud.

Whether you're building AI factories, scaling edge inferencing, or managing multicloud fleets, Palette delivers the control, efficiency, and architectural flexibility required to operate at scale — without vendor lock-in.

Why we're different

  • Purpose-built for AI-scale infrastructure. Full-stack orchestration from metal to model — not a point solution layered onto Kubernetes
  • One unified control plane. Modernize across core, cloud, and edge with strong multitenancy and guardrails, on top of enterprise-grade security and compliance.
  • Full-lifecycle automation at scale. Simplify complexity and drive down operating costs, eliminate vendor sprawl, and accelerate time to market — with repeatable deployments across any environment.

Who we serve

Spectro Cloud works with diverse teams, from application developers to AI practitioners, but our core value is in serving platform engineering and IT operations teams, who are tasked with running infrastructure to support applications at scale.

We work with customers in every industry, and businesses large and small, but we offer the power, sophistication, and controls needed by the largest enterprises and public sector organizations.

You can recommend us to buyers across four core solution areas:
