Spectro Cloud named a 2022 Gartner Cool Vendor for Edge Computing!

Let me get right to the point: we’ve just been named in the Gartner® Cool Vendors™ in Edge Computing report for 2022.

Edge computing is a huge and diverse space (a glance at Topio Networks’ latest edge computing landscape map, or a read of LF Edge’s coverage is enough to prove it).

As you might expect, every one of us at Spectro Cloud is thrilled and honored to be included in this Gartner report.

We consider this as an acknowledgement that we’re tackling the right problem for our customers: helping them manage their clusters at scale.

What’s vital in today’s K8s edge landscape is not just the simple, ‘plug ‘n’ play’ edge approach, or its use of automation to enable efficient scale; it’s also the recognition that every customer’s needs are different and every customer will need a different stack of technologies to build functioning clusters at the edge. One size does not fit all.
