With our Production support tier, you get 24x7 access to raise urgent cases with P1/P2 severity.
Phone support is available for our Production support tier only. With Basic support, you can raise tickets via our support portal or via email.
For our Basic support, if you need more than five support tickets in a year, you can purchase additional bundles of three tickets for $1k. For our Production support tier, we scale to any number of extra nodes on a flat per-node price. Contact us to get a tailored estimate.
