Spectro Cloud expands Middle East presence to accelerate production AI
SAN JOSE, Calif. — Sep 22, 2026 — Spectro Cloud, a provider of AI infrastructure management software, today announced an expansion of its Middle East business to support the region’s AI ambitions.
A growing local team and partner network enables governments, cloud providers and enterprises to bring AI factories into production and deploy hybrid AI, with a focus on data sovereignty and operating costs.
The expansion builds on Spectro Cloud’s Series D of more than $100 million, led by Growth Equity at Goldman Sachs Alternatives, and the opening of a dedicated office to serve the region.
Growing regional team under seasoned leadership
Spectro Cloud has appointed Tamer Riyal as sales director for the Middle East. The Jordanian technology executive has worked across the region since 1999, including 12 years at Nutanix and earlier roles at Cisco and HP. He joins an established and fast-growing team in the region, with recruitment under way for multiple roles, and will lead sales, business development and partner strategy.

Deepening relationships across the partner ecosystem
Spectro Cloud has secured strategic agreements with a wave of leading partners across the Middle East.
FutureTEC, operating in GCC and Levant, has been announced as Spectro Cloud’s first managed services provider partner in the region.

Phaza builds Salam, an Arabic-first sovereign LLM trained from scratch and sold outright: it runs air-gapped inside the institution and the customer owns the weights. Clients are governments, defence and critical infrastructure across the region.

VAD Technologies, based in Dubai, is Spectro Cloud’s first value-added distributor in the region.
