What’s The Job
Partner Development Managers build strategic GTMs across SI, Resell, and Alliance partners. In this role, you’ll be focused on managing our strategic partners in EMEA, designing service offerings and sales strategies with our top Partners in Europe.
What You'll Be Doing
- Partner Development Manager Leads will report to the Head of Channel and Alliances.
- Act as a primary point of contact and the face of Spectro Cloud for our strategic Partners in EMEA.
- Conduct sales activities, develop opportunities with large/strategic partners.
- Communicate lessons learned to the team, including account managers, the marketing team, and the technical team.
- Ensure the successful rollout and adoption of Spectro Cloud products through strong partner account management activities.
Skills/Experience
- 7+ years of Partner Management experience
- Driven and have met/exceeded indirect sales goals of 1M+ and operated with an average deal size of $100k+
- Experienced in selling DevOps tooling to large Fortune 1000 companies with the ability to win new logos. K8s experience a plus
- Prior experience managing Alliance, SI, MSPs, etc.
- Travel as necessary to accounts to develop relationships and close large opportunities
- Location: UK, Ireland, Luxembourg, Switzerland
